You can delete your AAYU account and all associated data at any time. Your live record is erased immediately. Encrypted backups that may still hold a copy rotate out permanently within 35 days.

Send a deletion request from the email associated with your AAYU account to:

In-app deletion: immediate and irreversible.
Email deletion: processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.
Encrypted backups: any remaining copy rotates out permanently within 35 days. Nothing survives that window.
